Walker & Dunlop Affordable Housing recently arranged $5.4 million in financing for AHEPA II Senior Apartments, a 75-unit affordable housing community in Harrison Township, Michigan.
Led by Macy Kisilinsky and Izzy Berger, the team arranged the financing to support the acquisition and rehabilitation of the property on behalf of AHEPA, preserving critical affordable housing for senior residents aged 62 and older.
Originally developed in 1971 under HUD’s Section 202 Program, the project will utilize Low Income Housing Tax Credits in conjunction with HUD 223(f) financing to ensure its long-term affordability and continued service to the community.
