Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP) recently closed an $8.9 million JV equity investment, in partnership with Post Real Estate Group, to acquire Cambridge Square Apartments, a 201-unit multifamily community in the Seattle market.
 
The property is conveniently located near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, offering residents strong connectivity throughout the region.
 
The investment is part of WDIP Fund VII, which is now 85% committed.
