Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged a $71.5 million loan to finance the acquisition of Current Midtown Apartments, a 245-unit / 637-bed Class A student housing community in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Led by Greg Krafcik, the team arranged the Freddie Mac financing on behalf of North Beacon Capital.
Constructed in 2021, Current Midtown is the only purpose-built student housing community serving the College of William & Mary and is located adjacent to campus in one of the university’s most walkable and amenity-rich corridors.
