Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Affordable Housing Production recently arranged a $53.1 million loan for the construction of Joyfield at Lakeview Center, a 233-unit, 100% LIHTC affordable housing community located in Antioch, California.
Led by John Gilmore IV, the team arranged financing on behalf of Standard Communities, including a Freddie Mac 4% LIHTC tax-exempt bond forward commitment consisting of $42 million in tax-exempt financing and an $11 million taxable tail.
