Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged a $75 million loan to finance the acquisition of The Worthington Apartments, a 612-unit, Class B, garden-style multifamily community located in Pikesville, Maryland.
Led by Jonathan Zilber and Joel Chetner, the team arranged the transaction on behalf of Quest Management Group, and arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate, nonrecourse acquisition financing with capital provided by the Agencies.
