Walker & Dunlop Affordable Housing | Equity recently arranged $16.7 million in equity syndication for Verrbena, a new-construction, 70-unit affordable multifamily community in Westminster, Colorado.
Led by Aaron Krasnow, the team arranged the 4% LIHTC execution on behalf of Maiker Housing Partners.
Part of The Uplands master-planned redevelopment, the property will deliver affordable and neuro-inclusive housing designed to serve residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, alongside community-focused amenities including a Headstart daycare and outdoor gathering space.
