Brendan Coleman is a senior managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, Coleman is one of the premier multifamily and credit facility originators in the country and leads a team of five structured finance professionals with a collective over 75 years of experience. His team has originated more than 850 transactions totaling more than $22 billion in financing.

Prior to his current role, Coleman served as a managing director at Walker & Dunlop, where he focused on multifamily and structured finance transactions nationwide.

Coleman earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. He is active in the National Multifamily Housing Council and serves on the board of directors of Fair Chance, a nonprofit organization committed to combating homelessness and poverty in Washington, D.C.
