Benjamin Krosin is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he is responsible for new loan originations, specializing in multifamily and healthcare financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in more than $2 billion in loan production.
Prior to his current role, he worked in the firm’s loan underwriting group, where he directly underwrote more than $500 million in Fannie Mae multifamily loans. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he worked for South Charles Investment Corporation, a Bank of America subsidiary formed to make high-yield debt investments, where his responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments.
Krosin earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
