Bobby Gatling is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales throughout Central and North Florida.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Gatling served as a first vice president at CBRE. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and has received numerous accolades for brokerage performance. He is a six-time recipient of CoStar’s “Power Broker of the Year,” has received NAIOP’s “Sale of the Year” and “Broker of the Year” honors, and was recognized among the top brokers at both CBRE and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for several consecutive years.

Gatling earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama.
