about Brian Eisner

Brian Eisner, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop in November 2016 as result of the George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company acquisition. Mr. Eisner is responsible for nationwide loan origination, based out of Walker & Dunlop’s office in Los Angeles, CA.

Mr. Eisner joined George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company in 1996 and during his tenure originated, structured, and closed over $2 billion of commercial real estate loans secured by office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mobile home park, self-storage, and hospitality properties located throughout the country. In addition, Mr. Eisner has placed and closed construction, bridge, and short and long term permanent loans with various lenders including correspondent life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, banks, credit companies, mezzanine, and private sources. Before Elkins, Mr. Eisner worked for a Southern California based residential real estate developer, where he oversaw the construction financing of various tract housing developments.

Mr. Eisner graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor of science degree in economics.
