Chris Chadbourne is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets, with a focus on Central and Southwest Florida. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Chadbourne has facilitated over $10 billion in transaction volume.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Chadbourne served as a vice president at Benchmark Real Estate Advisors and as an associate at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and Lincoln Property Company. In these roles, he was involved in the marketing, underwriting, due diligence, and market assessment of real estate assets for investment sales, equity originations, recapitalizations, and advisory assignments.

Chadbourne earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.
