about Colin Coleman

Colin Coleman, Senior Director, is responsible for new loan origination, specializing in conventional multifamily, student and manufactured housing, and structured transactions through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Since joining the company in 2015, Mr. Coleman has participated in the origination of over $3.3 billion in loan production. Mr. Coleman is based out of Walker & Dunlop᾿s headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Coleman was the founder and managing director for an innovative e-commerce business in which his responsibilities included the management of an entire supply chain of product lines from sourcing to distribution, website development, purchasing goods, production, strategy, marketing, and sales.

Mr. Coleman graduated summa cum laude from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on finance and marketing. In addition, he was a member of Marymount’s golf team.

Mr. Coleman resides in Washington, D.C.
