Dan Woodward is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a focus on Denver and the Mountain West region. He has more than 35 years of experience in the sale, acquisition, and advisory of multifamily assets in the Denver market. Together with his team, he has sold more than 105,000 units totaling approximately $20.1 billion in multifamily property transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Woodward served as an executive vice president in CBRE’s Capital Markets Group, where he focused on multifamily investment sales in the Denver region for institutional and private clients. Before that, he worked in investment sales at Marcus & Millichap and in acquisitions for The Broe Companies, a Denver-based private real estate company.

Woodward earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska.
