Dudley Benoit
Senior Vice President & Chief Production Officer, Affordable Equity
Dudley Benoit is a Senior Vice President and Chief Production Officer, Affordable Equity at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, Mr. Benoit is responsible for the LIHTC production teams of Originations and Investor Relations, and for setting and implementing company strategy. Mr. Benoit has over 25 years of experience in community development and real estate finance.
Prior to joining Alliant Capital, Mr. Benoit worked at Santander Bank as a Senior Vice President and Director of Community Development Finance. He also held senior management positions at JPMorgan Chase in the commercial real estate multifamily lending, community development banking, and the New Markets Tax Credit units during his sixteen-year career at the firm.
Mr. Benoit earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University as well as a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. In addition, he currently serves on the boards of the Reinvestment Fund, Primary Care Development Corporation, and the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition.
