about Eric Taylor

Eric Taylor is a Managing Director within Walker & Dunlop's Affordable Housing Platform. In his role, Mr. Taylor specializes on Section 42 LITHC and Project-Based Section 8 asset sale facilitation nationwide. 

Mr. Taylor has been active in the affordable housing industry for over 15 years and has been recognized for the coordination of numerous notable and complex transactions. Mr. Taylor is well versed in all facets of the affordable housing industry and has coordinated transactions within the following programs: 4% & 9% Section 42 LIHTC, Y-15 Section 42 LIHTC, HUD Financed & Project-Based Sec. 8, USDA Rural Development Sections 515 & 538, as well as General Partnership Interest Sales. Over his twenty-year plus career in multifamily investment sales, Eric has facilitated more than $3 Billion in multifamily transactions, including numerous portfolios valued at $100M+. 

Mr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Accounting from Western Michigan University.
