Forrest Bass is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a focus on Austin and San Antonio. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has closed more than $4 billion in apartment sales throughout Texas.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Bass served as a managing director in the capital markets group at HFF, which was later acquired by JLL, where he focused on multifamily investment sales across Texas.

Bass earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin’s Red McCombs School of Business.
