about Jen Erixon

Jen Erixon is the Managing Director of Originations at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. Bringing over 25 years of affordable housing finance and development to Alliant, Ms. Erixon has structured, negotiated, and closed more than $3 billion of lower-tier LIHTC investments.

Prior to joining Alliant, Ms. Erixon served as Senior Vice President and Market Manager in the community lending division of a national bank, where she was responsible for originations, closings, and portfolio management in a multi-state territory. Previously, she worked for the national non-profit Mercy Housing as President of their 6-state Mountain Plains region. At Mercy Housing, she established a national Asset Management platform for its $2 billion portfolios. Ms. Erixon has previously led underwriting, investor sales, and originations for two national LIHTC syndicators.

Ms. Erixon earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado Denver.
