Levi Brooker is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Rolling Hills Estates, California. In this role, Brooker is responsible for providing financing solutions to multifamily real estate developers and owners nationwide. Throughout his career, he has assisted in financing billions of dollars of multifamily transactions and has experience across market-rate, affordable, manufactured, student, and senior housing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Brooker served as senior vice president and loan officer for JLL’s multifamily lending division. Before that, he served as vice president and senior underwriter at Oak Grove Capital and its predecessors.

Brooker earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and a master’s degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
