Levi Brooker
Managing Director
Levi Brooker, Managing Director, is responsible for providing financing solutions to multifamily real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Brooker has assisted in financing billions of dollars of multifamily transactions and is experienced in market rate, affordable, manufactured, student, and senior housing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Brooker served as a Senior Vice President and loan officer for Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) multifamily lending division. Before the firm merged with JLL, Mr. Brooker served as a vice president and senior underwriter at Oak Grove Capital and its predecessors since 2004.
Mr. Brooker holds an MBA in finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as a BS in real estate from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
