about Lynn Pearson

Lynn Pearson, Director, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Denver, Colorado office and is responsible for arranging financing for income-producing properties including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality throughout the United States. Her lending sources have included life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS providers, debt funds, and local, regional, and national banks.

Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2015, Ms. Pearson has been directly involved in arranging more than $3 billion in debt with structures including permanent financing, construction, bridge, and mezzanine financing. She also serves on the leadership committee of Women of Walker & Dunlop (WoWD).

Before coming to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Pearson was a Vice President at C-III Capital Partners in Dallas, where she was responsible for resolving a portfolio of distressed CMBS debt and retail REO located throughout the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. She also was a Portfolio Analyst on the equity advisory side at Principal Real Estate Investors in Chicago, focusing primarily on student housing and grocery-anchored retail assets.
