Lynn Pearson is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Pearson is responsible for arranging financing for income-producing properties nationwide, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality assets. Her capital sources include life insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CMBS lenders, debt funds, and local, regional, and national banks. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2015, she has been directly involved in arranging more than $4 billion in debt across permanent, construction, bridge, and mezzanine financing structures.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Pearson served as a vice president at C-III Capital Partners in Dallas, where she managed the resolution of a portfolio of distressed CMBS debt and retail real estate owned assets located throughout the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Earlier in her career, she worked as a portfolio analyst at Principal Real Estate Investors in Chicago, focusing on student housing and grocery-anchored retail investments.
Pearson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in real estate and urban land economics from the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She serves on the board of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS, is a mentor and active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), and participates in the CREFC Women’s Network.
