Nate Oleson is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Northern California. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s multifamily property sales platform throughout Northern California. He has 22 years of experience in the disposition of multifamily assets across the region, from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe and from Fresno to Sacramento.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Oleson served as a managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, where he focused on institutional and private client sales throughout Northern California. Before that, he began his career as a sales associate at Arroyo & Coates.

Oleson earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Stanford University.
