about Riley Manke

Riley Manke, Director, is responsible for new loan originations and loan closings for multifamily and commercial properties nationwide. Throughout his career, Mr. Manke has underwritten and closed over $1 billion in loan volume.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Manke served as a Director for the George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company (GEMB). During his tenure at GEMB, Mr. Manke closed more than $600 million of commercial real estate debt secured by office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, manufactured, and self-storage properties. Preceding GEMB, Mr. Manke worked for Sotheby’s, an international real estate brokerage firm.

Mr. Manke graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
