Rob Quarton is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Irvine, California. In this role, he specializes in arranging bridge debt, construction loans, life insurance company financings, Agency loans, land loans, joint venture equity, and creative structure capital across multifamily, industrial, retail, and other commercial property types. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has worked on more than $10.3 billion in financings.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Quarton held roles at GE Capital Real Estate, Cohen Financial, Anderson Real Estate, City National Bank, and Comerica Bank, where he closed more than $4.6 billion in transactions.
Quarton earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University. He also completed the Ross Program in Real Estate at the University of Southern California and the Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program at the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds a California real estate broker license and is active with the National Multifamily Housing Council, NAIOP, and the USC Lusk Center. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and rucking with family and friends.
