TJ Edwards is a chief production officer of Capital Markets and chief production officer of Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in the Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, Edwards manages the firm’s multifamily finance production platform. He is a member of Walker & Dunlop’s revenue committee, where he supports origination efficiency across debt financing and investment sales teams. Edwards has more than 13 years of commercial real estate finance experience spanning debt and equity investments, client relationship management, business operations, and marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Edwards was a regional director of production and sales at Freddie Mac, where he led a team that processed $6.8 billion of multifamily loan purchases in 2019.

Edwards earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Delaware.
