Aaron Knight is a senior managing director and co-head of EMEA Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in London. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing debt and equity capital on behalf of institutional clients across Western Europe and asset classes, including build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, logistics, office, retail, and alternatives such as life sciences, self-storage, and data centers. Mr. Knight has more than 20 years of experience originating, structuring, and advising on commercial real estate debt products on both floating- and fixed-rate bases, including CMBS structuring, and senior and subordinated debt tranches.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Knight was a director of debt and structured finance at JLL, where he was part of the International Capital Markets Team. Before that, he served as an executive director at PGIM Real Estate, where he was responsible for European debt origination.

Mr. Knight earned his bachelor’s degrees in commerce and economics from the Australian National University, and his postgraduate degree in applied finance and investments from the Securities Institute of Australasia. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
