Alison Williams is an executive vice president and group head of Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, she is responsible for leading the firm’s Real Estate Finance Group, overseeing operations and originations across the platform. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, with expertise in loan origination, underwriting, and capital markets.

Prior to her current role, Williams led origination, underwriting, and closing operations for Walker & Dunlop’s small-balance lending platform. Before that, she served as a senior director of Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop, where she specialized in the origination of debt and structured finance solutions across all major commercial real estate property types. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, she served as a vice president at NorthMarq Capital, where she was responsible for new loan originations.

Williams earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate from Florida State University. She serves on Walker & Dunlop’s Executive, Revenue, and Strategy & Investment Committees and is actively involved in industry organizations focused on multifamily housing and commercial real estate. She was recognized by GlobeSt. as a Woman of Influence in 2021, a Multifamily Influencer in 2021, and one of CRE’s Best Bosses in 2024. She also received Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Award in 2022 and was named one of Mortgage Professional America’s Elite Women in 2025.
