Alison Williams is an executive vice president and group head of Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, Williams leads operations and originations for the firm’s Real Estate Finance group, leveraging more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience across production and underwriting. Throughout her career, she has originated debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $4 billion.

Prior to her current role, Williams served as a senior director in Walker & Dunlop’s capital markets group, where she specialized in the origination of debt and structured finance for commercial real estate transactions across all property types. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, she served as vice president at NorthMarq Capital in the firm’s Tampa office for more than 11 years, where she focused on new loan origination.

Williams earned a bachelor’s degree with double majors in finance and real estate from Florida State University. She serves on Walker & Dunlop’s Executive, Revenue, Strategy, and Investment Committees and has been recognized as a GlobeSt. 2021 Woman of Influence, a Multifamily Influencer by GlobeSt., and one of GlobeSt.’s CRE’s Best Bosses. She is also a member of the Florida State University Real Estate Executive Board.
