Bennett Hopkins is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales and equity capital raises, with a focus on Southern Florida. Throughout his career, he has participated in the execution of more than $5 billion in capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hopkins served as a senior financial analyst at Berkadia, where he supported multifamily investment sales and capital markets transactions. Before that, he was an analyst at HFF on the firm’s capital markets multihousing team.

Hopkins earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate from the University of Central Florida.
