With over ten years of commercial real estate experience, Brendan Shields, Senior Director, is responsible for the origination and execution of property sales and capital raises for multifamily assets, with a focus in the New England Region. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over $5 billion worth of property sales and capitalizations.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Shields served as Vice President within the Capital Markets Group at JLL for five years. Before joining JLL, Mr. Shields worked in acquisitions and development at Back Bay Development Group.

Mr. Shields holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from the College of Charleston.
