Chris Botsford is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Walnut Creek, California. In this role, Botsford is responsible for the origination of multifamily properties, sourcing new loan opportunities, and providing full transaction support to his team’s existing client base. He is an integral member of one of the firm’s top-performing origination teams.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Botsford served as an assistant vice president at Wells Fargo, where he participated in the underwriting of one of the first A/B permanent loans within the Wells Fargo Real Estate Group, coordinated client relationships, analyzed transactions, and supported credit approvals.

Botsford earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus on finance and marketing, from the University of Southern California.
