Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance recently arranged $71.4 million in total capitalization for The Vines at Riverpark, a 164-unit Class A multifamily community in Oxnard, California.
Led by Chris Botsford, Jeffrey Burns, and Jeff Conahan, the team arranged the financing for Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC). The loan features a five-year term with three years of interest-only, with Fannie Mae providing the capital. Justin Nelson and Jared Diedrich secured preferred equity from TOKYU LAND US CORPORATION on behalf of IEC.
