Christopher de Raet is a director of Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he focuses on underwriting, sourcing, and structuring complex debt and equity financing solutions across major commercial real estate asset classes nationwide. He works closely with institutional owners, operators, and capital partners to deliver capital solutions aligned with each client’s strategic objectives. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, he has played an integral role in executing more than $11 billion in closed transaction volume.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, de Raet served as a senior financial analyst at Clark Construction Group, where he was responsible for corporate-level financial reporting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis within the firm’s enterprise risk management business unit.

de Raet earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in general business, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
