Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets recently arranged $147.5 million in debt and equity capitalization for the construction of 2 South Main, a landmark mixed-use development that will deliver 322 residences in downtown Port Chester, New York.

The 12-story, 355,000-square-foot development will include Class A residences, retail space, structured parking, and premium amenities, contributing to the continued revitalization of downtown Port Chester through transit-oriented, mixed-use development.
