Daniel Adams is a director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for multifamily loan originations, with expertise in seniors housing and affordable housing financing through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate finance experience, with more than $2 billion in underwritten loan originations. His seniors housing experience spans independent living, assisted living, and memory care properties.

Prior to his current role, Adams worked within Walker & Dunlop’s GSE underwriting platform, where he specialized in complex seniors and affordable housing transactions. Before that, he served as an Asset Manager, where he monitored portfolio performance, managed servicing activities, and supported risk analysis for commercial real estate loans.

Adams earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bentley University and a master's degree in business administration from Boston University.
