David Collie is a managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for spearheading the Capital Markets group’s growth in the Atlanta area in addition to overseeing his team’s origination activities.  Mr. Collie has a deep knowledge of the life company lending market and prides himself on exceeding the expectations of his clients.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as a principal and board member at iCap Realty Advisors, which acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2018. There, he represented an integral part of the firm’s growth and development, where he was consistently ranked as a top three producer across the platform’s nationwide network of over 150 finance professionals and was named the top producer in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2016. At iCap, Mr. Collie’s responsibilities included debt and equity production, capital relationships, and loan servicing for all property types.

Mr. Collie earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and most any outdoor pursuits.
