David Collie is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Collie is responsible for leading the growth of the firm’s capital markets platform in the Atlanta market and overseeing his team’s loan origination activities. He specializes in life insurance company lending and provides financing solutions for commercial real estate owners and developers nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Collie served as a principal and board member at iCap Realty Advisors, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2018. During his tenure, he was consistently ranked among the top three producers across the platform’s nationwide network of more than 150 finance professionals and was named the firm’s top producer in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2016. His responsibilities included debt and equity production, capital relationships, and loan servicing across all commercial real estate property types.

Collie earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University. He resides in Georgia and enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities.
