Holden Barry is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Barry is responsible for multifamily loan originations through the firm’s Agency lending programs. Since 2011, his team has originated more than $1 billion on average annually.

Prior to his current role, Barry served as a senior director at Walker & Dunlop in a similar capacity, focusing on multifamily Agency originations nationwide.

Barry earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Miami and is a certified public accountant.
