Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets recently arranged $351 million to refinance an eight-property multifamily portfolio totaling 1,573 units across four states.
Led by Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Sean Reimer, Michael Ianno, Nicholas Gilhooley, along with Craig S. West, Kevin Walsh, and Holden Barry, the team arranged the financing on behalf of a joint venture between Harbor Group International, The Garrett Companies, and Telis Group, with ACRE providing the balance sheet floating-rate financing.
