Israel Leiner is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In this role, Leiner is responsible for providing customized financing solutions to owners and operators of commercial real estate properties nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than 200 loans totaling more than $2 billion in financing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Leiner served as a vice president at Meridian Capital, where he originated and placed loans focused on permanent, construction, and acquisition financing across a range of property types.

Leiner earned a bachelor's degree from Beth Medrash Govoha and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
