Jeff Conahan is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for structuring debt for owners, managers, and developers of multifamily real estate nationwide. Since 2010, he has worked in production, focusing on originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and bridge loan opportunities. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, he has been involved in more than $9.5 billion of closed financings across 400 individual transactions.

Prior to his current role, Conahan served as an assistant vice president, director, senior analyst, and underwriter. In those roles, he originated multifamily loans and structured debt for owners, managers, and developers throughout the United States.

Conahan earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Georgetown University.
