John Nolan is a senior director at Apprise, a Walker & Dunlop company, based in Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for valuing and analyzing all asset types throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Nolan was a managing director at Bowery Valuation. Before that, he owned and operated Verde Valuation Services LLC. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Nolan has specialized in valuing all asset types across 41 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces.

Mr. Nolan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Toledo. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and one of the few MAIs who is also a LEED Accredited Professional, demonstrating expertise in green and sustainable building fundamentals. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
