Jordan Casella is a managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop based in New York City. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing for all commercial real estate asset classes nationally. He has over two decades of real estate and fund finance experience and has been with Walker & Dunlop since September 2022.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Casella was a senior vice president at Bank of America in their Commercial Real Estate Banking Group. There, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate banking clients comprised of large-scale developers, institutional investors, and private equity real estate fund managers. During his 16+ years of tenure, Mr. Casella delivered all banking capa¬bilities to his clients with the primary focus of leading the origination efforts for $15Bn+ of senior and mezzanine loans across all property types nationwide, as well as, providing institutional credit facilities.

Mr. Casella earned his bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. He also holds two master’s degrees in finance and management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and is a CFA Charter holder.
