Jordan Casella is a managing director of Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he specializes in sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide, as well as credit advisory services, including note sales, recapitalizations, and loan workouts. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance and fund-level financing experience and has closed more than $10 billion in debt and equity transactions since joining Walker & Dunlop.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Casella served as a senior vice president in the commercial real estate banking group at Bank of America, where he managed relationships with developers, institutional investors, and private equity real estate fund managers. During his tenure, he originated more than $15 billion in senior and mezzanine loans across multiple property types nationwide and structured institutional credit facilities to support clients’ financing and investment objectives.

Casella earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and master’s degrees in finance and management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
