Jordan Casella is a managing director of Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing across all commercial real estate asset classes nationally. He has more than 20 years of real estate and fund finance experience.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Casella served as a senior vice president in Bank of America’s Commercial Real Estate Banking Group, where he managed a portfolio of large-scale developers, institutional investors, and private equity real estate fund managers. During his more than 16 years at the firm, he led the origination of more than $15 billion in senior and mezzanine loans across all property types nationwide and provided institutional credit facilities to his clients.
Casella earned a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. He also earned master’s degrees in finance and management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
