Katy Reynolds is senior director of Capital Markets, Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In her role, she is responsible for the execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement across the United States. Ms. Reynolds has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality investment sales resulting in over $10 billion in lodging transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Reynolds was senior vice president at JLL, where she supervised the underwriting team in financial modeling, preparation of offering memorandums and proposals, and managed the execution of complex single-asset and portfolio sales.

Ms. Reynolds earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino. She is a licensed Georgia real estate salesperson and a CCIM candidate.
