Katy Reynolds is a senior director of Capital Markets | Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, she is responsible for the execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement across the United States. She has more than 20 years of hospitality investment sales experience and has completed more than $10 billion in lodging transactions throughout her career.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Reynolds served as a senior vice president at JLL, where she supervised the underwriting team in financial modeling, preparation of offering memoranda and proposals, and managed the execution of complex single-asset and portfolio sales.

Reynolds earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.
