Kevin Giusti is a senior managing director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he is responsible for senior housing, skilled nursing, and hospital financing through HUD, bridge financing, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and alternative financing structures. He has more than 20 years of industry experience and has financed more than $4 billion in healthcare real estate debt transactions across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Giusti served as a vice president in healthcare finance at M&T Bank, where he structured debt transactions for skilled nursing facilities, memory care communities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and hospitals. Earlier in his career, he worked as an analyst in commercial real estate finance at M&T Bank.

Giusti earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in healthcare from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, their two children, and their two dogs.
