Kevin Walsh is a senior managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Walsh is responsible for multifamily originations nationwide. Over the past several years, he and his team have averaged over $1 billion annually in originations of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and life company loans for properties across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Walsh served in a similar capacity at CWCapital, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop. Earlier in his career, he worked for a subsidiary of Credit Suisse.

Walsh earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia and holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia.
