Kim Bowling is a senior vice president at Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company, and is based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, she provides cross-functional support to the executive team and serves as a liaison across the firm’s departments and clients. She specializes in operations, event planning, marketing, corporate access, and logistics, and serves as executive director of the firm’s annual Base Camp and Housing Summit conferences.

Prior to joining Zelman, Bowling served as an operations associate at Aurum Wealth Management. Before that, she served as an associate at Bernstein.

Bowling earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University. She holds a Series 99 license.
