Kim Miles is a senior director of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Franklin, Tennessee. In her role, she is responsible for financing multifamily, healthcare, and other income-producing commercial real estate assets throughout the country.

Ms. Miles began her career at Walker & Dunlop, starting as an FHA financing analyst where she was responsible for the financial analysis of multi-family assets and administrating accountability for team production goals. Throughout her career, Ms. Miles has participated in the origination of more than $6 billion of volume in commercial real estate financing across all transaction types.  

Ms. Miles earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
