Kim Miles is a senior director of FHA Finance | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, she is responsible for financing multifamily, healthcare, and other income-producing commercial real estate assets nationwide. Throughout her career, she has participated in the origination of more than $6 billion in commercial real estate financing across a broad range of transaction types.

Prior to her current role, Miles began her career at Walker & Dunlop as an FHA financing analyst, where she focused on financial analysis for multifamily assets and supported loan originations. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, she served as controller at Jim Reed Automotive.

Miles earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
