Leigh Gerke is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, she oversees transaction processes and cultivates client relationships for multifamily investment sales assignments. She has eight years of experience in the real estate investment sector, with a focus on multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Gerke served as an associate real estate manager in CBRE’s asset management division, where she managed approximately 4 million square feet of Class A industrial and retail space for real estate investment trust and investor-owned portfolios, including Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, Invesco, Founders, and Zurich.

Gerke earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University. She has served on the ambassador board for Covenant House of South Florida, which provides services and shelter for homeless youth.
