Luke Duffack is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing multifamily investment sales and equity capital raise assignments, with a focus on South Florida. Throughout his career he has closed over 22,000 units totaling more than $7 billion in transaction volume.

Prior to his current role, Duffack served as a senior analyst within the firm’s investment sales platform. Before that, he was an analyst in investment sales at Walker & Dunlop and a financial analyst at CBRE, where he supported commercial real estate transactions.

Duffack earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business. He holds a Florida real estate sales associate license.
