Maggie McFarland is a director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In her role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily assets, with a focus on the New England region. Additionally, Ms. McFarland is part of Walker & Dunlop’s Market Intelligence Group, which generates and oversees the firm’s capital markets research and market intelligence publications.

Before her current role at Walker & Dunlop, Ms. McFarland held positions as an investment sales associate, senior analyst, and associate director. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than $5 billion in property sales and capitalizations.

Ms. McFarland earned her bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from The Herbert Business School at the University of Miami. Outside the company, she is a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Boston, REFA (Real Estate Finance Association), and ULI (Urban Land Institute).
