Maxx Lunn
Director, Multifamily Finance

Maxx Lunn is a director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Calabasas, California. In his role, he is responsible for the origination of multifamily loans through the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms, with a primary emphasis on the Western region of the country. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2014, Mr. Lunn has become an expert in agency lending, as his team has originated more than $8 billion in multifamily agency loans over the past nine years.
Mr. Lunn began at Walker & Dunlop as a production analyst, then became a senior analyst, loan officer, associate director, and now serves as director of Multifamily Finance.
Mr. Lunn earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and marketing from California Lutheran University.
