Patrick Saade is a senior managing director of Capital Markets and co-head of Hospitality Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in London, England. In this role, he advises owners and investors on hotel acquisitions, dispositions and capital strategies across the EMEA region while working closely with Walker & Dunlop’s U.S. Capital Markets platform to connect global sources of capital with opportunities. Saade has more than 16 years of real estate experience and has advised on more than $15 billion of hotel transactions including many of Europe’s most recognised luxury hotels.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Saade built and led the Global Hotel Desk at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, where he advised on high-profile single-asset and portfolio sales and developed an extensive networks of sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, family offices and private capital. His experience has positioned him at the intersection of global capital and hospitality real estate, with a broad international perspective and extensive relationships across the investor landscape.

Saade earned a bachelor's degree in business from the European Management Centre in Paris and a master's degree in business administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris. He also completed executive education in leadership at London Business School. Saade is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
